During the event, I’ll share insights and stories from my time at Springbank, giving you a behind-the-scenes look at the whisky-making process. From mashing and fermentation to distillation and maturation, you’ll get an in-depth understanding of what makes Springbank whiskies so exceptional.

But the highlight of the evening will undoubtedly be the tasting of five exclusive hand-filled bottles I brought back from Springbank. These bottles are truly special, each representing a different facet of the distillery’s remarkable range. We’ll sample:
